I found your post while search for more info on mediamax… they have loads of my files, and it’s all gone.
I had just done a clean format of my computer. I did not bother backing anything up because I already had my important files on mediamax. Now when I go to mediamax, I don’t see anything. I’m very upset, I need my files back!
